RunOnce Key

I Recently got to know from one of my team mates that the RunOnce key only runs once for the administrator and it does not run for the users.

This is a very interesting feature in MSI and I would like to explore and explain this for your knowledge and benefit. Word Count generally known as Word Count Summary property.
